ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Admission is open to female candidates of all castes and religion, from all parts of India, provided they meet the Basic requirements.
  2. The minimum age is 17 years completed and the maximum age will be 35 years .For SC,ST & OBC students,
    Relaxation of three years of upper age limit can be made.The minimum and maximum age limit for admission is
    17 years respectively.
  3. Admission are held once a year in the month of August /September.
  4. English is the medium of instruction. coaching classes will be arranged in     the month of August.
  5. No concession regarding qualification and duration of course for ANM. However a higher age limit of 35 year is is permitted.
  6. The prospectus and application form may be obtained from the principle, Dayanand school of Nursing.
  7. The completed application form with the following documents should be returned by hand with the following copies stated bellow.
  8. Cast Validity Certificate for SC/ST category is mandatory & Caste Certificate.

One attested copies of each of the following
a) SSC/Matriculation/Higher secondary School certificate/CBSC for the proof of Date of Birth Of the Candidate.
b) Transfer Certificate .& Leaving Certificate.
c) Conduct Certificate.
d) Father’s income Certificate.
e) Birth Certificate.
9. Any or above certificate missing will not considered eligible for admission
10. Bank Account (SBI)
11. Adhar Card.

The originals of the above Certificates are to be brought at the time of Interview.
.In case of SC/ST/OBC –Caste certificates from MRO’s office to be produced.
. Four recent passport size photographs (one to be pasted on the application form and the others loose)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHS
.Recent passport size photographs with light background are required.
.Photographs must be taken on or after 1st May 2018.
.Applications not complying with these instructions or with unclear photographs will be rejected.
.Keep few (about 4 or more) identical photographs in reserve for use at the time of admission.

Medical Examination
The students selected for admission will have to undergo a medical examination prior to commencement of the new academic year.
Withdrawal and Dismissal

If any student decides to withdraw voluntarily from the school, after the preliminary period, or at any time before completing the course, she should pay full tuition fees. A bond to that effect has to be executed at the time of admission.

A student who continues to violate the rules, in spite of previous warnings, is liable to be dismissed and in addition will have to pay fine and penalties for discontinuing the training, as provided in the agreement that is signed at the time of admission.

Students can leave the campus and taking leaves for any reason only with prior permission from the school authority.
